Terms of Service for Craig Miller API App

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Craig Miller API App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service The App is a custom, internal tool designed to facilitate programmatic access to the Meta Ads API via terminal environments.

3. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Meta Ad Accounts. You agree to use the App in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific needs.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the App or its creator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including ad spend loss or account suspension) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
